  • Must be a new sales opportunity not currently being worked by GlobalSign or any of its partners.
  • Customer must be new to GlobalSign or a new project of an existing customer.
  • Qualified customer leads provided by GlobalSign.
  • Existing Deployments sold by another reseller who is currently engaged with the customer.
  • Blanket customer lists with no specific opportunity defined.
  • Maintenance sales and renewals, GlobalSign services and training.
  • Partner must be a registered GlobalSign Partner (Enterprise Solutions Partner, Certified Regional Partner or Service Provider, Resellers) or register to become a partner as part of the deal registration process.
  • All registrations will be verified by GlobalSign to determine the validity of the registration.
  • GlobalSign will notify Partners via email within 3 working days of the acceptance/rejection of the deal.
  • If registration is rejected, GlobalSign will provide a clear explanation to the Partner. Competing partner(s) involved in the opportunity will not be disclosed.
  • All deals must be registered via the Deal Registration Page.   
  • GlobalSign Partners will be given at least 90 days from the date of registration to close the opportunity and win the business.  
  • After 90 days, the partner can request an exemption for projects with a longer sales cycle.
  • Exemption requests must be made via email to the partners GlobalSign account manager or project manager. 
  • The approval of a registration does not guarantee that partner will successfully win the business. For example, where the end customer chooses to pursue GlobalSign services through their own chosen provider. 
  • GlobalSign operates ethically to minimize channel conflict and will not disclose information about registered customer opportunities.
